Common questions

Q1How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer dates. Reach out earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

Q2How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.

Q3What kind of surface does the drop-off spot need?

Flat, firm ground that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any excavation.

Q4What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replace paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q5Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and clearance for wheelchair turning.
